We are please to announce that we are releasing a great new update to our audibase recording app.

New features
1. You can now record in 3 different formats WAV, CAF, M4A.

WAV – This will give you the highest quality recording but can result in a long upload time if not over wifi.
CAF – This will give a high quality recording and with a average upload time for sharing.
M4A – This is our recommend format as it gives you a high quality recording and a fast upload time. This has been tested with a hour long recording uploaded in under 5 minutes.

2. We have now added our great circle progress meter the first of its kind, in typical sobytes style we have taken the old progress meter style and put our own personal touch on it.

3. Instantly start recording we have now set audibase to instantly start recording for those situations where you dont have time to enter a recording name and you just want to press the button and start, each recording title is then set as the date and time of the recording, the title can then be changed in the audibase online admin section if needed.
